Henry Lau
I'm a second generation immigrant, born and raised in Vancouver on the traditional and unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples. My interest in food systems work began when I was part of one of the City of Vancouver's first high school garden programs. Since then, food has become an important mentor to me, as it is deeply intertwined with people's identities, politics, and the land and water from which it originates.
