TJ Cronwi

Chef TJ Conwi, brings his experience from kitchens in Taiwan, Chile, and Vancouver to his work at Ono Vancouver and ReRoot. A graduate of the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, he worked at The Arbutus Club and in the hotel industry, including as executive chef at Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown Suites. Today, he puts that experience toward reducing food waste, addressing food insecurity, and helping young people learn to cook.
